Jordan Quinn Farkas
Jordan is an ex-pat with a passion for writing. He has been gardening for over two decades but still remembers the very first time he struck dirt with a garden shovel and a handful of carrot seeds back in 1992. He currently enjoys growing a wide variety of fruits, vegetables, and flowers.
Award-winning designer, Candace Osmond has been in the industry for over a decade. She studied Interior Decorating & Design and is also an accomplished writer and multi-published author. When she’s not typing away from the comforts of her desk, Candace can be found traveling to warm destinations, tending to her garden, or enjoying the outdoor haven that is her backyard. Candace currently resides in the breathtaking Maritimes of Eastern Canada with her husband, two beautiful kids, and one slobbery bulldog.
Danielle McLeod cuts a tragic figure in the High School English classroom teaching literature by day, and moonlighting as a writer and graphic artist by night. Published in a variety of travel magazines, and now a blog, Danielle enjoys coming up with home and garden projects to complete with her two young boys. A native of Michigan, she resides in Southeastern New Mexico with her variety of horses, poultry, and variable mix of rescue dogs (there’s a cat or two in there as well). In her free time, she enjoys travel, art, photography, and a good book!
Tina loves spending time in the forests and mountains of the Pacific Northwest. At home, she tends to a small urban garden and grows a jungle indoors. She has spent countless hours removing invasive species or clearing weeds, bushes, and trees to preserve nature reserves. Tina holds MSc degrees in Biology and Sustainability. As the Managing Editor of Backyard Boss, she spends way too much time at her desk.
