The problem with making pizza on a grill is that there isn't nearly enough top heat and too much heat on the bottom. That said, the following will get you the best results from an unmodded grill:
Al Forno Grilled Pizza Dough
All Purpose Flour – 87%
Wheat Flour -4%
White Corn Meal – 9%
