Beef Ribs

Beef Ribs is what's cooking tonight. It's my neighbors birthday and we promised her a cookout. She loves beef ribs so that's what it will be along with pan potatoes, mushrooms, grilled onions and garlic bread. Sounds good doesn't it?

I rarely eat ribs. Usually when I do it's my brother-in-law's "famous" ribs that his whole family brags about. I don't get it. I don't think they are that good. Maybe I'm just not a rib person.

These were not short ribs Tiewunon. Rather good sized meaty beef ribs and they sure were good. You must not be a rib person SparkFire. I'm a bone gnawer from way back so that's probably why I like them so well. Slathered with a good BBQ sauce is the best way to serve them.

I love ribs. We just recently had the Rib Fest here and all the ribs I tried were amazing. Every vendor had different tastes and flavours. You don't get a whole lot on ribs but they are tastey. I have never made my own ribs though. It may be on the menu for this bbq season though.

I love beef ribs especially. However, I rarely get to eat them due to the high price.
