I love this simple recipe. Yes, it would be healthier if I just ate the broccoli but not near as tasty. I saute an onion in butter and add it to 16 oz of frozen broccoli and 4 cups of chicken broth. I cube a 1 lb. loaf of Velveeta cheese. I add 2 cups of milk and some garlic powder, about 1 tablespoon. It makes a delicious tasting broccoli cheese soup.
