One of my favorite things about grilling is the potatoes. I am normally not a big potato eater but when it comes to cooking potatoes over a grill I can't get enough of them. They are so good and just not the same when you cook them inside.
This is the recipe that I use though I have prepared them many different ways.
Combine the cheese, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper; sprinkle over potatoes. Fold foil up around potatoes and add broth. Seal the edges of foil well.
Grill, covered, over medium heat for 35-40 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
