I use to work with this Chinese lady, and man could she cook! She always brought her own lunch, from her leftovers the night before. She was always willing to share her lunch, and one day I got to try some Char Siu she had made. It was so good! I was young, so of course I did not think to ask her for the recipe. Does anyone know what I am talking about? I am hoping someone here can share the recipe!
