I'm sure most of y'all know how to make a chicken pot pie. I love how easy it is. You can make it mainly from canned ingredients if you're in a hurry and want a nice meal, instead of take out or frozen pizza, or you can make it entirely from scratch. I do both, depending on how much time I have, and what ingredients I have here at the house. I made one last night from scratch (other than the pie crusts, which were from Pillsbury), and it came out delicious. I used Ree Drummond's recipe, which can be found here.
