I know we've talked about unusual ingredients before. This recipe for coffee barbecue sauce caught my eye. And for some reason it sounds really appealing. I totally want to try it.
Have you tried it yet? It sounds good, especially if a person likes their sauce sweet or smoky, as opposed to tangy or vinegar aftertaste. Something like this would be good for leftover or when meat gets overcooked on the grill.
I would try it. I don't really like coffee all that much but it looks pretty good and having something that is not too tangy is great. I would take sweet over tangy any single day of the week!
