Nec timeo, nec sperno
- 8 thick chops
- 2 cloves garlic crushed
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon freshly chopped or a pinch of dried oregano
- salt and ground black pepper to taste
Slash the fat edges of the chops and rub the garlic onto the meat surface.
Braai the chops immediately over moderate coals for 10-12 minutes basting them frequently.
