My family loves Caesar salad for dinner. Tonight I am making this, but I have decided to try and grill the whole head of romaine lettuce. I am going to slice it horizontally and drizzle both halves with a little olive oil and season it generously with salt and black pepper. I think this is going to be the perfect combination with the grilled chicken and peppery dressing. Has anyone ever tried grilling lettuce before?
