I tried this yesterday and it was great. Prior to grilling, I prepared a sort of thick syrup, using a little bit of water, some sugar and some cinnamon. Then I poured it on top of the apples and pears. After that, I put them in aluminum foil and onto the grill. Then I served them with some vanilla ice cream on top.
It was yummy!
