Grilling Chicken

Hellos.
What other recipes can one use for grilled dry chicken to give it a different taste and look, i usually use garlic, olive oil, ginger, dices of pineapple, some onions, white pepper and a spice for coloring but never tastes to satisfaction.

I like to add herbs as parsley, selery, dill and provencal herbs. Just try to create your mix of herbs and spices!

High temp grilling is key if you aren't brining. Maybe they are cooking it Sous vide then finishing off on the grill.
