- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 4 tablespoons paprika
- 2 tablespoons chipotle powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon kosher salt
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
stir or shake to mix
- 4 racks baby backs ribs, peeled
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
place ribs in a large pan with water and vinegar
wrap pan with foil
place pan in a smoker at 275 degrees for 3-4 hours
remove ribs from pan and finish directly on grill with bbq sauce of your choice
