Braai Lamb Chops in yoghurt marinade


Nec timeo, nec sperno
  • 8 thick chops 20mm thick
Yoghurt Marinade
  • 1 cup natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped mint
  • 1 tablespoon freshly chopped dried tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ground black pepper to taste
Slash the fat edges of the chops.
Mix together the marinade ingredients and marinade the chops for about 4 hours.
Braai them over moderate coals for 10-12 minutes, basting frequently with the marinade.
