Looking towards Christmas

Thanksgiving is history for another year. I'm now looking towards Christmas and what to cook. I would love to do something non-traditional. Maybe a Boston butt on the grill. Any of you do anything different for Christmas?

So what did you end up having? I stuck with the traditional turkey dinner but it would have been nice to try something different.

Yeah, usually turkey is on the table for Christmas, so it's not something too special for me, it's tradition.
