Oven Roasted Mexican Corn on the Cob

That sound simple as well as really good. I'm always looking for a new take on corn on the grill. Thanks for the recipe. I wonder if you could baste this on as it cooks? I may try that.

I think basting would be a pain, because each cob is individually wrapped in foil. But, perhaps that's unnecessary, and they could all be wrapped in one larger piece of foil, which would make it easier to baste. I think next time, I will add some spices ahead of time, even though most it it would rub off when I put the mayo/butter on after cooking, just so it would absorb some additional flavor. It came out well, though, I was pleased with the result.
