Pork and the grill

My family loves pork - and we always bake it. I'm looking for recipes for pork and grilling. It doesn't matter the cut of pork. What do you do with it and how does it taste?

I like pork loins for the grill. I usually marinate them overnight or put a homemade rub on them. We wrap them in tinfoil and then cook them low and slow with indirect heat.

What is your homemade rub? It sounds interesting and yum! Does the tinfoil help keep them moist? I have a problem with drying out pork when I cook it.

Here is a decent recipe for a red wine pork marinade:
  • 2 cups red wine
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 2 tsp coarse grind black pepper
  • 1 Tbs kosher salt
  • 5 crushed bay leaves
  • 1 tsp finely chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp rough chop thyme
  • 3 Tbs minced garlic
Let marinade overnight and sear high heat on the grill. Enjoy
