Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

I was looking for a new pork chop recipe last night and found one for smoky grilled pork chops. It was really good and the pork turned out very tender! We substituted Adobo for the Lawry's and skipped the paprika, but otherwise followed the directions.

You should also check out Lawry's Fire Roasted Chili & Garlic seasoning. It would basically be the recipe above all in once convenient spice blend. I got hooked on it a couple of years ago, when someone in our household bought a bottle of it. Normally I'm not too much of a fan of seasoned salts, but this stuff is fantastic. What really set it apart is that it's got a lot of smoked paprika in it, which adds a bacon-like flavor to the seasoning.

Man, that seasoning sounds great. Nice recipe, too. I love anything that uses liquid smoke. The flavor just can't be beat. Maybe I can combine the two for a little bit of a boost.
