I saw this recipe on a magazine website. You cut potatoes in wedges (like a large fry), toss with oil and place in an aluminum foil packet. Grill for 15 minutes then open package and place wedges directly on the grill for another 5 to 10 minutes until potatoes have grill marks. Whisk 1/4 cup of Mayonnaise with 1/4 cup of plain yogurt, 1/2 Tabasco sauce and salt together in a large bowl. Mix grilled potatoes with into dressing until covered.
