Try making a whiskey BBQ marinade for your Pork Ribs. It's a pretty amazing flavor combination!

2 Pounds Baby Back Pork Ribs
2 Teaspoons Whiskey
2 Tablespoons Vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup tomato paste
1/2 Cup White Vinegar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon liquid smoke flavoring
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon dark molasses
1/2 Cup minced onions

I might have to try this. I wonder how it would be with the whiskey wood chips for smoke too.

I love whiskey barbecues. My dad always added Jack Daniels to our BBQ sauce when he'd grill in the summertime. Obviously most of the alcohol cooks off and it's not a huge amount anyway, so not a big deal for us kids to eat, too. The taste is magnificent, though, yum.
